Developer Guide

There should be two types of contributions to this radiuss-shared-ci repository: adding new shared jobs, contributing changes to the CI implementation (and documentation).

We provide guidance for both in this section, using an HowTo format where we describe the set of actions to perform for several practical use-cases.
